Thank you for your interest in FYI! At the FYI 2009 conference you will enjoy rich, wholesome Christian fellowship, learn new and old methods of evangelism, and discover how you can put your talents to use for God.
Dates:
The dates for the conference are July 8 through July 12. The conference this year will be held at Forset Lake Academy in Apopka at 3909 E Semoran Blvd, Apopka, FL. During the conference there will be various workshops from which you can choose from.
Exhibitor Registration:

What to Bring:
Bible, writing tools, notebook, bedding/sleeping bag, pillow, towels, umbrella, and dressy casual clothing.
Financial:
On site Registration options are as follows:
1. $120 Full Event Meals & Lodging now through July 10, 2009
2. $96 Full Event & Meals now through July 10, 2009
3. $48 Local Rate (Excludes all meals except Sabbath Lunch) now through July 10, 2009
Note: Meals tickets will be available upon registration.
Meal Prices:
There will be extra meal tickets available for purchase on site for each of the meals.
1. Breakfast: $6.00
2. Lunch: $8.00
3. Supper: $8.00*
*Note: Supper will only be served on Sabbath.
Lodging:
We are planning to hold this year's conference at Forest Lake Academy. Attendees will be housed in the dorm rooms. See online registration form for more details, directions and optional room assignments.
Parents/Chaperones:
All minors wishing to attend will need to submit a signed parent agreement form. Minors unaccompanied by parents need a chaperone at least 21 years of age and will need to submit a chaperone consent form.
Transportation:
Airport pick-up/drop-off will be available for a fee of $10. Send an email to
info@fyiweb.org to request transportation service and a copy of your itinerary by July 2, 2009.
When You Arrive:
There will be signs directing you to the registration booth. Volunteers and representatives will help you through the check-in process and guide you to your rooms. You will receive a bag with room keys, meal tickets (if buying meals), and all the information you will need.
Check-in/Check-out Info:
Check-in will be Wednesday, July 8, 2009 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. During check-in you will receive packets with your room keys, meal tickets, meeting schedules, and other important items. Check-out will be Sunday, July 12, 2009 from 12:00pm 4:00 pm. Room keys will need to be returned during check-out.
